To have a successful relationship with another person, you first must have a successful relationship with yourself. This often requires you to make a journey through the maturation and education process of living as a conscious single, enabling you to have a relationship with others without losing yourself.

This course will explore what relationships are really all about and provides tools to deal with them more effectively.

In this six week class your will:
• Learn essential communication tools for healthy relationships
• Examine your beliefs about relationships
• Discover your blocks to manifesting the relationship of your dreams
• Identify behaviors in yourself that are not working
• Identify and resolve repetitive patterns

Jaqui Duvall is a Behavioral Health Education Instructor who has been teaching classes for Kaiser for the past 5 years such as Assertiveness, Couples Communication, Anger Management and Relationship Skills. Before coming to Kaiser, Jaqui worked in a corporate hi-tech environment teaching influence, leadership and life management. Jaqui is also a certified Life Coach.
